The lots are 20' deeper and the build quality quite a bit better. I'd say all told the prices are just slightly lower than a similar product would sell for from a comparable builder in Milton (Beaverhall). I don't think Mattamy Milton would be much lower if they released again right now on their 88' deep lots.

Georgetown is too far for me. Both my wife and me work in downtown Toronto. My daughter will go to Montessori in Mississauga west. Please we have family in Mississauga all over Mississauga that we see often.

It does not look like my goal is possible with all these realtors low balling houses to get them to go ridiculously over and make them not affordable for people who actually reside in this country. I at least have a home currently so technically I am benefiting either way; but man I pity these new grads. This economy is just not fair to them.

Will keep on looking. Thanks to everyone who chimed in.

Just drop by the Starlane sales office. 40' lot 2870 sqft house is sold for 1.31m which is similar size as Juneberry but on a narrow lot. Let's see how much the "Dundas" model will be next release.
