I received a call couple months ago about a package deal for Rogers internet/tv etc. for my new house in HSV (LSL/Leger Way area)
I didn't believe it and asked the agent to confirm as I thought Milton belonged to Cogeco.
After verification with all parties, it seems to be true that that area belongs to Rogers.

The package pricing is much better than Cogeco.

I wonder what other areas Rogers is getting.

It's only the L9E houses
I was surprised too but most of the city is Cogeco only

Rogers has a very good deal for anyone in the newer homes

https://www.rogers.com/consumer/internet

$75 for 1GB down, 30MB up, free installation & unlimited use

Compare this to the uselessness that is Cogeco $95 for 120MB down, 10MB up or Bell $65 for 100MB down, 10MB up

Rogers is cheaper than Teksavvy or Start even...

I gotta call retentions get another bill credit lol

do not get duped by the posted speeds. I have Rogers, and the actual speed is far cry from what is advertised. The advertisement will say "up to..."

That does not mean you will get the speed at the upper limit.
