So basically it will be the West side's very own JSP.

Wow, that should really facilitate truck traffic from both industrial sources: Intermodal in the south and quarry traffic from the north. Currently most of those cowboys hauling aggregate bash their way along No. 5 Side to #25 to the 401, so that may be gone. It will be interesting to see if they keep Tremaine's little traffic circles in operation for the coming fleets of semis from the Intermodal, how would that go I wonder?

Anyone know why and to where the creek will be relocated? Will it be a concrete sluice like at Main, or an attempt at natural flowing through this new Escarpment View Park?

Colin may be happy to spill on this development, maybe he'll come back to enlighten us?

There also is a difference in the connection road between 1st & 3rd on the 2 maps
Notes say temporary (detour?)

Notice James Snow Parkway will connect to this Tremaine interchange as well

Meanwhile ...

“He said the interchange – once it is in place (construction is slated to begin in 2022) will provide much-needed relief to the very busy Milton interchange are Regional Rd. 25.”

Slated to begin in 2022... really... you see an issue and it takes 4 years to get work started on it. This has been long overdue.

Um... well since same article predicts at best Tremaine finished by summer 2020 then 2022 for the interchange is not really 4 years now is it?
Or would you like to build the interchange before the road is finished and let people drive through the fields in meantime?

There also has to be some delay incase any issues in current project need to delay the next one

I remember they were talking about this interchange in 2008. More like two thousand and late.
