Did anyone get a Scratch and Win card in the mail within the last couple weeks?

It looks like this (below)

Just wondering how legit it is, because it say we won a prize (TV) but we have to call a number. When I googled the number it came back to a water company in Markham, ON.
Kind of weird. I'm thinking it's a scam but wanted to know if anyone else has gotten the same card or scratched a winner too.

TIA

Every card is a winner. You didn't win sh*t. If you call that number - congratulations - they know you're a sucker and will trap you in to listening to a lengthy high-pressure sales pitch on anything from water filtration to vacuums.

It also doesn't tell you what you've won - you need to call the number to find out what amazing prize you've just been handed out of thin air for doing absolutely nothing.

Thanks for the confirmation. I was pretty sure it was a scam (hence why I posted). What a waste of time if anyone ended up calling.

Thanks again.

Google it.
You have to have someone come to your house for a 4 hour water filtration system demo for $4000.
THEN, your name goes in a draw for a TV that nobody wins.

And why is it called tic tac toe when it's clearly some sort of inbred Vegas bingo thing?

Lol.. if they want to mail me a card that says I win a TV, just mail me the farking TV.

If I didn't buy a lotto ticket, it would be like Lotterio calling me and saying I won. Scammers.

From a Calgary Forum.....

Did you get one of these cards in the mail recently?

back: http://i.imgur.com/3pQLxnm.jpg

I did, so I Googled it and found out that it's a water-softening sales scam:

http://www.riderfans.com/forum/showthre ... scratch-ca

http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-905-233-2095/3

Googled a bit more on that "2164909 Ontario Limited" bit on the back, and found that it's also known as "Simple H2O", so I Googled that in turn and came up with these:

http://forums.beyond.ca/showthread/t-333980.html

They really do think that we're stupid. So why isn't the Government doing anything? This scam has been going on for years!

Every card is a "winner", and if you call their number they've got you. That's when the high-pressure sales callbacks begin. They probably sell your number to telemarketers too. Slimy scumbags

My card lost so I guess I am not allowed to watch the science experiment in home, just online

Its ok since I have a single car garage and rent two rooms in the basement so nowhere for them to park
