My suv goes in the garage. I have a well organized garage.

My neihbors car is the one i saw her kick. She has been told not to kick cars and not to trespass.

And excuse me but before telling me to clean my garage make sure its not cleaner than yours.

And are you telling me if you came home tomorrow and found her hanging out in your yard having caused damage this is not trespassing?

Well in my experience I've had to deal with a
mentalluy disturbed 14 year old Mennonite neighbour boy who took
a baseball bat to the headlights of a 1977 B200
Dodge van I had parked on
my property.

I've also heard tales from taxi drivers
of a 20 something female who sits
in the back seat of their taxis
and pulls down her dress and panties and masterbates, obviously freaking out those
taxi drivers.

I'd say call
Halton Region Police
COAST unit to deal with it

Its not going to get any better over time.

I believe its autism.

I will try the mom.

Just posted on here to get some feedback.

Ive never had a situation like this before and dont know how to approach it.

I dont want to be a bad person, but something does need to be done.

I didnt just call the cops already because I dont want to make things bad for anyone. But I now know after all this time that something has to happen as it has gotten bad.

Thanks to everyone with advice.

Not that its directly related to this issue
but that non profit I mention now and then

Hartmanns Community Centre
got approval from Service Canada
to hire a student for 240 hours 8 weeks $14/hour to do a
City of Waterloo project dealing with
autistic kids and companion animals

However with autistic 20 somethings kicking cars and
all that I think I'll keep a distance and the mentoring
volunteer job that such
Canada Summer Jobs projects require

Although Hartmanns has Workers Comp
this situation sounds more like
liability insurance

However

365-773-2027

is Hartmanns phone these days
