buyers/sellers
careful with any statements used in selling ones home such as "over 50k in upgrades...."
do not be fooled, especially at what Mattamy is charging

JUST ONE TYPICAL EXAMPLE

crown moulding and light rail for kitchen cabinets...

Mattamy typically charges 10...(ten) times...the going rate....

does $3000 sound familiar....well guess what, the material cost on that upgrade....$200 dollars....

and granite and a\c they are 2 times the going rate...hardwood, 3 times the rate.....DONT GET HOSED
