I presume their "assessment of operational data" would include costing of these rearrangements. It must have a cost, and they'll compare it to the benefits. If they don't hear enough back, their problem disappears. It's important for people to give them feedback about this, to keep the plane racket down over my yard next Summer. Come on folks, you can do it!
