For any A/C or furnace problems, I call Mason of Nissan Air. You could ask him to see if he could help.

....to work with a contractor........

You basically hired a handy man to install AC. Good on you to go through this process and feel the hot and lucky you did not have any other major issues.

Well, the issue for the OP is that many HVAC pros will not want to get involved in a case like this. Who knows after all what the problems are - it may be a simple fix or it could be a bundle of problems.

This is a new AC installation. There are many HVAC licensed contractors.

Not quite Carl.
Now AC won’t turn on and the furnace is damaged. That’s not a new install anymore, that’s taking on liability. Regardless, call Mason, he’s thorough and skilled. I suspect he loves a challenge more than money. You’re going to love him, he will earn your trust (and money).

Oh Carl,

You failed to grasp what I said so I will repeat just for you.

"Many HVAC pros will not want to get involved in a case like this. Who knows after all what the problems are - it may be a simple fix or it could be a bundle of problems."

Busy and competent contractors are already busy enough without cleaning up other peoples messes.

Hope that helps.
