Hello

Looking to meet any new neighbors who will be moving Sycamore Garden in 2020. My husband and I will be moving back to Milton and have purchased a townhome, the Horton closing April 2020. Looking forward to meeting anyone in that area!

Have you moved in already?
I have recently purchased Horton model and we are supposed get position in 2021.
How was your experience with Mattamy ? Can you please share any tips or highlights that I should take care based on your experience?
I will be happy if you could share pictures of your Horton model.

Thanks. :)

I just decided to get back to work. Slowly but surely and with restrictions. I have some catching up to do but I also booked a 30 day warranty inspection on Sycamore the other day :)

Glad you are doing home inspections again. You did ours 10 years ago for our first home in Milton and we just bought another one in this development and we wanted to hire you again because you did such a good and thorough job. Our move in date is currently set for end of October, how much notice do you require?

Hi Jeff and Pricilla. Thanks for your comment. Did my first post pandemic shut down inspection yesterday and found it quite a challenge wearing a mask for the duration. By choice, for the past couple years I have been doing less inspections per week then I did ten years ago.
Maybe contact me mid September and we can easily pick a date that suits you.

Cheers for now. Phase 5 looks like a great new neighbourhood.
