Hi Jamie and Susan! We are also closing in 9 weeks and we bought a Springridge Semi in Phase 11. I believe that we can start setting up utilities fairly soon. I know that we had gotten this info at our Mattamy meet and greet but unfortunately I can't find it anymore!  But as we go along this journey I'll be sure to pass along any information that we find out! Good luck!

Hi Jamie/Susan, we are on Gazley Circle, 2 streets up just off of Clarke. No one has taken possession yet on our street. I do believe that the first couple of possessions take place in September. It's so exciting isn't it?? I can't believe that we purchased our home over a year ago already and at the time it felt like October '04 was NEVER going to come..... I know exactly where you guys are since we pass it allllll the time!  It's nice to know so many people in the neighbourhood....

Hi Trish! William and I have been to your web site and it's really neat. Congats on your home. As soon as you turn onto "The Circle" as we like to call it, go left and we are 6 houses in, close to the turn in the road. We close a few days before Thanksgiving! Your house is now looking awesome by the way!
