Hi, I know that as part of the closing costs, we pay for things like grading and education levies when we purchase a house from Mattamy. But do we pay for a tree in front of our house as well? Can anyone who had their house closing confirm if we pay for a tree? Thanks much. |

Yes, it is part of your closing costs. You pay for it no matter if you get a tree on your blvd or not. Tim |
