Hi,

Have you installed anything new on your computer?

Maybe something that cleans your cache & passwords all the time.

If you temporarily disable it, you may find that the cause.

Susan, check your setting on Internet options. I had a similar problem when i first registered on this site and there were a few options i had to change for it to work.

The administrator here should be able to help you...
