we are living in an Albion Bay I (a few minor differences to the II) and we LOVE it! as for upgrades, we spent the majority in the kitchen (which turned out great) and the hardwood stairs (the first thing you see when you walk in the door). here are some of the upgrades we did:
45deg tiles - ground floor
kitchen sig 2 cabinets (village cherry mocha)
delete laminate backsplash on kitchen counter
Pantry & deep uppers in Kitchen
light over breakfast bar
remove kitchen bulkhead
open corner end cabinet
pot drawers
LG micro/hood combo
carry wall tile behind toilet in ensuite bathroom
seat in shower
delete all bathroom fixtures
1st upgrade u/pad all over
oak stairs (std railing) w / square pickets & darker stain
add overhead light in living room
enlarge basement windows
Cvac roughed to garage
