Post subject:  Kelso Park
I'd like to ask if booking is required at Kelso park if we'd like to have a picnic? I know that a booking is required for large parties (birthdays etc...) but what about small family picnics? We'd like to visit kelso sometime this summer for a picnic, BBQ and some biking along with other fun activities.
If a booking is required, who do we contact?

we have lots of small picinics near the beach - just our family and another one, and do not make a reservation. we just bring a little habochee (sp?) get there early to get a picinic table.

if you have a larger group than that or you don't want to take a chance that there is a free table... you should book a site. but we usually have no problem :) hope this helps...
