Are dogs are fully extended on the leash unless their is someone walking towards us, they know to pee on the city part. I kind of get sick of these kind of posts though, I think most people with animals are very courteous to others there are people who are exceptions to every courtesy (speeding, loud music, littering, foul language around kids, kids running onto the roads, rudeness etc)....its life, for the most part, there are bigger things to worry about..

The city part? Do you mean the piece of grass between the side walk and the road? I was under the impression that doesn't belong to the city, just the city has broad right of ways on that property. In either case, I applaud your dogs awareness of lot boundries.
