We had our PDI on the 2nd, house looks awesome. We are in a Springvalley 5-7. I think I actually remember you guys from Mattamy U or at least have an idea of who you are  I'm probably wrong though

At your PDI or on your closing, make sure they give you the little contraption for your vents. In all the excitement I didnt realise that I didnt have mine. Now hopefully on Tuesday at my 30 day inspection I will remember to ask for it. Thankfully it hasnt been too hot and I have been able to get by without the air. |
