Here is something I found in the North York "Mirror" newspaper. "11 High cost Home inspection traps you should know about weeks before listing your home for sale" Call for your free copy. 1-800-508-7265 and enter ID#2035. The only thing is...in the fine print " This report is courtesy of Fernando Gandomenico Remax Excellence. Not intended to solicit properties currently listed for sale." Free is free, but there has to be a catch. I think the catch is to get you to sell with them, so they offer you some tips. |

You read correctly. Many realtors are doing such in order to make contacts. I've sat down and talked with one and learned all about it. The gentleman I was discussing it with is harmless. They just discuss the options with you, learn a little more about what you are looking to do, and that way you will remember them for anything in the future, in terms of selling/buying. |
