Hello everyone...looks like mortgage rates are going up again
If you have purchased a new home and have not yet booked a rate or if you are thinking of purchasing a new home within the next 90 days then now would be a good time to book a rate. This will guarantee your rate if rates continue to rise.
If your mortgage is coming up for renewal within the next 120 days this would be also be a good opportunity for you to have someone (hopefully me
) review your options.
If you are thinking of taking some of the equity out of your home this would also be a good time for you to consider doing it sooner rather than later.
