Hey guys,

So I got Cogeco Digital Cable about a week ago, and I just have a quick question....I've searched and searched and I can't find "CP24"...any one know what channel it is?

Hey Adriana,

Right now we have Cogeco Highspeed Internet and Cogeco Digital Cable.
I am really pleased with their service. I had a couple of issues with them at the beginning, but they solved the problem right awat and gave me some discounts for my "hard times". Their customer service is great, and so far I haven't had any complaints about the internet or cable.

What's the monthly cost on digital from them?

I currently have analogue, and they gave me an amazing monthly deal. I'm thinking of going digital. Cogeco's been great to me; no issues at all with my channels. In fact, I'm just finishing watching the Senators put a stranglehold on the Sabres (never saw this coming).

At first I got the analogue value pack, but it was missing about 10 shows that it listed on the website. CP24 and the FoodNetwork being 2 of them. I called cogeco and complained, the first lady I spoke to said, "Well I guess its a mistake", then she said that if I want those channels I would have to pay extra...screw that...i asked to speak to the manager, and she told me that the manager isn't available, I told her to page a manager and that I would wait. A few seconds later the manager came on and apologized for the the "hardship" that i endured and she upgraded me to the Digital Cable for no additional charge. She said that she would courier the digital terminal out to me in two days, sure enough the box arrived the very next day. Now that I have it set up I get about 120 channels...including the foodnetwork...but still no cp24...ah well....what more can I do.
They now have a clause on their website stating something to effect of "channels vary by area".

I could be totally wrong here, but I think CP24 is on channel 42. We aren't in Milton yet, but we have Cogeco in Burlington and can watch CP24 on channel 42.

Hope this helps!

I am thinking of sending the digital box back. I just don't see the benefit (to us anyway) of having it. I can't remember how much I am paying for it but we went from standard cogeco cable to digital and really don't see a difference.

We have express vu and I have to say that our satellite almost never goes out. In the last 3 years I believe we only lost it once. Even in the big storm we had the other day, I was still able to get my tv fix! :D

Sorry to be re-opening a thread that's so old. But I'm pretty p-o'd about the fact that Cogeco doesn't offer me CP24 in Milton. Not sure what's so difficult about adding this channel to their lineup. I miss my CP24. I'm going to complain and see what they say. I'm sure it won't do much... but I need an excuse to complain. Is anyone else missing CP24 as much as me?

If you have a TV or DVD recorder with an ATSC tuner in it....

The CP24 channel 85-42 (digital of course) on Cogeco Cable
