My parents-in-law currently have a Gas Dryer and a Gas stove in their home in Hamilton that they'd like moved to their new home in Milton.

Can they remove/uninstall it themselves or do you need someone licensed to do the installation? Is it dangerous?

To install a gas stove/dryer I was told we'd need someone licensed to do the work. But to un-install it from their current home, I'm not sure?
