How long have you had it? Has it worked before?

Have you tried emptying it completely and making sure there is nothing stuck in the bottom or blocking the jets? Then running it?

Is there any lights on the front of it? Are they lit?

Stupid question, did you turn off the water to the unit somehow under the sink?
