ALL the Mattamy houses I have worked on without upgraded doors have been the thin pressboard doors with the small windows along the top.
The upgraded metal door is nice, with insulation between the two layers of metal covering. It's not re-enforced nicely like I have seen other doors, but it's still a better door than the pressboard one.
When hanging a GDO for the metal ones, there is usually a window right in the centre. Do put your header bracket on the door in this position above a window as it there is a lack of suitable structure. Offset the bracket to between a window.
