So, we had our 30 day PDI and mostly they have fixed everything except for the main entrance door that would not close properly and the uneven countertop. They told us that they are factory defect and need to install a new one. Anyway. did any of you had the same experience and how long did it take them to replace the defects?

Does any of you have the Mattamy number where I can make a follow-up? Should I call Mattamy or Tarion?
