Nice to meet you!!

I am lot 29, phase 1, Ruhl Drive, closing Dec 2011. I know of the couple on lot 16 who close Oct 2011. When do you close?

I am lot 34, plan 3. I took bath oasis, basement rough in, alternate kitchen only. I plan to get some at the design centre like upgrade kitchen, get operational windows, door from garage to home, etc but all based on cost ofcourse. What did you get in terms of arch upgrades. I initially wanted lot 30 but could not line up.....

Let me know the price at the design center as you are going much sooner than me so I can start planning.

I am no. 29 on ruhl drive, lot 34, plan 3.

Granite from the builder I hear could cost up to $6000 so it may be better to do that after market.

hi.. I also purchased 30' plan 5 elevation F corner.... we are lot 223 on Whewell. We close June 23 /11 . It's so Nice to meet other neighbours who purchased the same home :D

Just so all know there is no sidewalk on Ruhl drive houses as it is on the side of the park....Yeah!!

My fiance and I went by on Monday to see our house and the first thing we see is a house for sale when we pull in.

Maybe they are just testing the market.
Or Investors.

Nice to see the thread for Ruhl Drive. I am at lot # 41, Plan 4C :-).

I am not sure about the walk way on Ruhl close to Farmstead, i.e. whether it runs North or South of Ruhl. I know there is no side walk on Ruhl close to Bronte; but not sure whether that pattern will continue or not.
