I know its not diefenbaker, but my girlfriend and i bought Lot 150-6 on Timmer Place! Its our first home and we are very excited. We're scheduled to close Nov 2012

Yes the Road is closed, you have to park your car somewhere else and walk to the site :D

Has anyone decided the color of the tiles in kitchen and Foyer, initially we like Talesma Marfil, but i think its too light, any feedback (the kitchen in the Picture has Rustica Moca)

We had our design appointment last week . We had Tiffany and she was fantastic! She made excellent suggestions and we are so excited to see the finished product!

Yesterday I passed the Street they already started framing Lot # 167.

Has any one get a called for Pre- Construction appointment from the Construction team
i called the Construction team to have a Pre- Construction appointment, i was told our lot 144 is on fire block, and they are not going to start building the house until August 2012 :(, and its too soon to have a Pre Con.
