hey Bruno, It would be amazing if you could update your map with the house pics. Do you know where I can get a pic of Quincy D elev from?

YAY! :D It's there! It's sad we won't have the same tree shading issues as in the pic though.

Everybody's been quiet for a little while. Has anyone picked bricks yet?

We had our final appt today for the interior. $$$$. Oh well. It'll look great when it's finished.

We had our final appointment March 11, last month. Now it's just the waiting game. Our move in date is September 5. I hope there won't be any delays but it's way to early yet.

L & E,

you guys get to choose your brick colour? because they told us that we werent allowed to choose brick colours anymore. they just give everyone a standard brick. Is anyone else on Rayners court choosing their brick for their home????

Our house will be hardiboard (sp). We have not made any exterior choices yet and they better not be made for us! I'll email our rep. and let you know when I get a response. She is usually pretty quick.

Ayse and Halil

I've just spoken to the sales ctr and received a response from our design ctr rep. She said:
"I’ve just confirmed that the 36’s and 46’s will have the choice of exterior colours as in all previous projects."
The sales ctr said exterior appt's have begun for the 46' lots and the 36's will begin shortly.
I'm wondering if maybe the owners of the other half of your semi may be choosing the colour?

thank you for finding out for me Ian and Josie,

i guess all exterior choices are only avaible to single homes, because we are a semi, not a 36' or 46' lot home.
that sucks, oh well....

thanks anyway,
Ayse and Halil

We were there on Friday night taking a look at the scenery :) and they have not done anything major yet. There are a few green boxes on the streets, looks like they were just dropped off and they have done some sort of wiring on the Scott Boulevard side. On Friday night people were sleeping outside the sales centre, I guess waiting for it to open on Saturday morning for the first shot at the 50's. Other than that it's still the same. The "plant" where the houses are being preassembled seems to be close to completion as well.
