That's great info Cookiepaws- do you recall what the prices were like for each package? How big is the quincy corner? I don't see it on the Mattamy website....

Thanks!

Thanks for posting these!

Does anyone out there know exactly what some of these items are? ie:

Base Pie Cut Corner
Top Drawer Construction
Open Angled Cabinet

Also, any chance you can give us a ballpark price of these pkgs??
Thanks!

Our house is 1880 sq ft and we have a small kitchen.

I only remember these two off the top of my head:

Sous Package- $709
Executive- ?
Master- ?
Grande Package- $3037
(based on the standard cabinets) they are more expensive with each upgrade.

We weren't sure what those items were either but we browsed the website to make some guesses but that's as far as we got. If nothing else we'll be able to post details Friday night after our appointment.

We just had our DC appointment and were able to put both appointments into one.

Top Drawer Construction
drawers above every bottom cabinet
They are functioning drawers (except where the sink is)

We went with the Master Package, our kitchen was too small we cannot get the Grande.

Our house number is 440

If anyone has Tiffany as a consultant she is fantastic. If anyone has any questions about a DC appointment and I can help let me know.

Cookiepaws,
sounds like you guys are on the ball!!
Congrats on getting all your upgrades done so easily!
Are you reffering to your address number being 440?
If so, I wonder what mine will be..

Hi Busguy.

We are just up the road and our house number is #407. I would assume that you are going to be 438 since you are beside Cookiepaws.

We haven't received a postal code yet but if you get one please let us know.

We were told that the best way to find out about the postal code is to look it up on Canada Post, it isn't available yet.

Yes, we're 440 Wettlaufer Terrace

Hi all,

As we are getting closer to selecting our upgrades and structural options -

Just thought I would share, here's a neat tool to use when deciding alternate layouts to your house:

Have fun with it,

M

Hi All,

We got a call from Andrea at the Sales Centre today to book our appointment to pick out our brick colour so we're going to do that on Saturday.

Also I just wanted to welcome randkcantu to the forum- they are some new Vista neighbours and I have added them to master list. It looks like randkcantu and StephandSean are closing in the same month and moving into the exact same house. How exciting! :D

Hi cookiepaws- we purchased the Monday following the opening May 24 weekend so I think it was May 26/08. :D

I can't believe your closing is less than 6 months away!! I'm sure you'll get your call soon.

I wonder if they'll do my foundation at the same time as yours?
It seems it would make sence to do all of them at the same time..

Hey Everyone.

Our brick selection is on Sunday and our 2nd DC appointment is on the 17th. We purchased in the beginning of June, if that gives anyone an idea of when they might receive a call!
