Hi Ponte24,
Its so nice to know that and hope I can attend that invitation from Mattamy University so we can meet some of our future neighbours.
Did you receive invitation yet? what day did you pick?
Liz

I am Phase 5A, so I don't think I will be invited to the August/Sept Mattamy U sessions. I think Phase 5A is November.

Hello everyone,
Nice to see our future neighbours. We didnt know of this forum, would have been a good idea to discuss all the upgrades.

Anyone from Lot 74 or Lot 76 in here as well:?:

Hello lot #55 we are lot #57 the wood lilly corner closing on April 16th 2008. We just received a letter from Mattamy saying our house will be built at the factory. Anyone else receive this news?

Yes, we were informed that we would be a factory built home as well.
Not sure of the pros and cons involved but I would think since most of the construction would be going on during the winter months, that I would rather have warm, happy contractors putting my house together, rather than contractors trying to quickly get the job done to get out of the freezing cold.

We close on April 15th I think. I drove by tonight and the foundation has not been started yet.

We were there yesterday, foundation for one side of Etherington way is now completed. The access to the site is not good as there is huge pile of sand which was digged out. Looks like the construction team is working on a good pace.

Yes, I was there tonight and our foundation had been poured, basement walls up but it had not been back filled yet. They still need to put the outer wall membrane on. I agree that access to the street is brutal because all the back fill was dumped on the street and it has been matted down with vehicle tracks.
