Hi everyone,

My husband and I visited the site this evening and the street is coming along nicely! Cristy, I believe you have windows now! and Richard you have the roof up ready to be shingled! They are working really fast!

Now that the weather is getting better, they're gonna fly through them!

I'll be at the site on Sunday to take a peek at our house. There probably won't be any movement with our lot, but it would be nice to see how things are coming together :)

Just 200 days to go!

Did anyone else have their pre-construction meeting? Our second floor is being framed and we haven't had ours yet... Is this something that they do for every single lot or if they get around to it? Just curious...

We had it already, you dont go on the site, its in the construction trailer and he just goes over your upgrades with you. Honestly I left thinking it was a waste of time. I already knew what my upgrades were, and hopefully they know how to read. lol

Good! The first and second floor is framed and we were able to go inside, it was cool to see how the house was coming along and the actual size of rooms!

LOL my husband and I did the same thing! We went back today with a tape measure to see if our furniture will fit in the bedroom. We are a bit nervous because we have quite a few pieces and the master is a rectangle shape and our current one is a square and everything fits nicely in the room now... i'm sure it will work out...

Hi everyone!

We drove by the site yesterday! It was muddy but things are coming along quickly! Richard and Liz, you guys have windows and a front door! Exciting stuff! I'm assuming your framewalk should be soon! It also looks like they are digging the foundations for the homes across the street! We will be in our homes soon!

Guys just want to share the Group buy for A/C happening with Craig four season comfort ..Here are the prices that Craig listed for the American Standard AC units

13 SEER - energy efficiency rating
14.5 SEER - higher energy rating (energy star compliant)

The prices are listed for 13, 14.5 seer units respectively.

13 seer - 14.5 seer

1.5 tonnes - $2150, $2350
2.0 tonnes - $2200, $2400
2.5 tonnes - $2350, $2550
3.0 tonnes - $2500, $2700
3.5 tonnes - $2650?? $2850???

Basic rule is for every 1000 sq ft is 1 tonne

The 3.5 tonnes unit, the price I could not hear properly
But if someone could verify that would be great.

He will require a $250 deposit by May 1st. - Just mention the Milton Group buy - the discounts are as follows:

1-10 orders - $115 off regular price
11-25 orders - $145 off regular price
26+ orders - $170 off regular price

The American Standard units from my research tends to be the best quality and his regular pricing is very competitive so the group discounts are an added bonus. Sign up soon and mention the group buy.

His contact info is:

Thanks
