We are all going to be busy! lol. A girlfriend of mine is pregnant with a baby girl and is moving onto Monaghan as well in October. Can't wait for everyone to move in..we are going to have a great street!

Richard, we went to the house on Sunday and they had finished our tiling and trim in all the rooms...I assume that your house is in the same state, if not close to the same state as ours. Since we are both closing on the 30th..what day are you actually moving in?

Once we close, Im doing the hardwood on the main floor myself that weekend so move in will be the following week monday-wednesday sometime... not sure yet. Thanks for the update on the interior! I think they're 3 weeks ahead of schedule so we're probably going to get the PDI first week of June...

My husband Fred and I wanted to introduce ourselves, we are lot #211. We're very excited to be moving into the neighbourhood. Glad to hear there will be lots of children on our street, we have a 2.5 year old little girl. Our move is scheduled for September - can't wait to meet all of you.

Nancy

Hi Nancy! welcome to the street!

I think this is your house being built across the street from mine.

What model is that? I like the arched window.
