Just had our framewalk with Fabio. Really nice guy.... So far I have spoke to Kerry, Sergio, and Fabio.... I have to grade them at an A+ for customer service. But it will all come down to the closing, and see how we are treated afterwards... But so far so good....

WOW!
Has anyone been on the Mattamy site lately, notice that they took a lot of the 43' lot houses and they are now on 36' lots?!? Crazy

When we bought our corner house we had one model choice- now they are showing 4 options.

These guys are really screwing all of us that bought last year. The are doing everything they can to undercut the price & move houses. Including placing really big houses on even smaller lots to justify a profit.
I hope we all really like our houses, because the way things are going, we'll never be able to sell them for what we paid for them.. :evil:

It's crazy!

We wanted a corner lot, we only had one choice because they only had 36' lot corner lots and there was only one house. We would not have chosen our model if given more choices.

I think our phase just can't win.

Hey!!!

Yeah! We went over yesterday and saw all of our brick. It looks great so far. The rest of the house is aluminum siding. We are excited to see what will be done this week. We also have all of our windows and doors and Im happy to announce that they have fixed the window above the fireplace that isnt supposed to be there and put in the rough in for our niche. *phew*

I'm sure everyone is getting excited to be moving in soon!
I know this is probably more appropriate if it was placed in the Group Buy section, however since we're fairly close together I'd thought I'd also place it here.

For those who have yet to arrange for an air conditioning unit for their new place, we have ordered one through Four Season Comfort. If you're interested in an a/c unit or any other product upgrade (furnace, tankless water heater etc.) please send us a PM and we'd be happy to set something up for you.

A friend of mine is installing our A/C. They do a great job and guarantee a price to beat competition. Let me know if you are also interested. I can send you the name and number.

I'm psychic...well actually, I figure anyone who loves their walkout most likely loves bbq's and chilling in their backyard. We don't have a walkout but I can't tell you how many "outdoor furniture" sets I've drooled over in the last year...it's my favourite dept in Rona and Home Depot. :)

I was just watching some home property show. The buyer went through 3 beautiful homes and she complained about everything from the colour of the hardwood, to the size of the closets...which I understand but then she said "The backyards are too big for me...I hope I can fence them in a bit more..." I couldn't believe my ears...I want a big backyard to fit all the outdoor furniture I want! I just can't afford it! :) I guess she hasn't been to Milton...ho hummm.


Thats crazy! Who wants a small yard!? I wish ours was bigger. I love all the furniture as well at all the home stores. Richard thinks Im crazy. lol.

LOL... Don't buy the Patio Stuff yet. At least wait for the Summer Clearance in August.

I had too band myself from Home Sence! I am not stepping foot in that store till I move into my New Home. I drove buy the Outdoor Section last week and almost purchase Urn's...
