Nothing has changed. I think FirstLady was just trying to quote where we explained where the sidewalk was.
There is no sidewalk on the north side of Pozbou, it will be on the south side.

Lot 106 does not get a sidewalk.

Thanks first lady!

I did manage to get through to engineering this afternoon but they said otherwise. According to the gentleman I spoke with, the sidewalk will actually be on the north side of Pozbou. His explanation was that with Farmstead being the 'main' street, the sidewalk will come off of Farmstead and continue through the north side of Pozbou. So now I am confused with what the right information actually is....guess I will see when it is actually finished.


I was told the same information from Rihanna from the Engineering department back in August that North side of Pozbou and South side of Carbert will have sidewalks. Same reason was given about the pedestrian traffic flow from Farmstead (which will have sidewalks on both sides). But you never know what the final product will be...

FYI: I confirmed this info today!

I guess if there is confusion who to believe........we'll wait and see when the area is finished!

Is it infront of a single garage and is this through Mattamy? I know there were some by-laws that won't let you do this infront of a single garage! Maybe the City of Milton is reasoning things better and allow us to do this!!!!

This is actually good news! Every family has at least 2cars and it's good to have the extra parking spot. I wonder if Mattamy lets buyers know about this change.

Hi Everyone,

My hubbie and I will be going to see the site most likely this weekend so if there are any out of towners who would like to see the progress on their lot or a certain area let me know and I'll take a pic of it.

Went by this weekend and the roads are paved. and street signs are up. We were able to drive around it. There were a few construction people working on the lots, but other than that it looks the same.
