Hey Rayner Crt People!

Has anyone else received their Mattamy U invites yet? Ours is scheduled for Saturday, August 11, 2007 at 10:00 am. Ian & I are looking forward to meeting you all there! Mattamy U will be held at the Stelumar Facility on Tremaine where the 36' detached are being built. They have already started building homes inside. We drove by a few days ago. Not much new at the site itself though but I imagine that will change quick.

We also chose our exterior colours. We went bold with a cs-8 package. I can't wait to see it finished.

Who are the lucky owners of basements???? We drove by on Friday and noticed some of the south east side on Rayner had basements already set. I think I saw lot 138 spray painted on one of them. Tonelli Lane had some basements set in forms. The digging has begun!

The end of Rayner court has been done, I think the few were the detaches from the plant. I don't think they started digging for the semis yet.

Hey Grant and Sandy, it's good to see you again. We are also closing Jan 9. Our foundation still has yet to be dug but I see yours is finished. We'll be monitoring the situation regularly.

We were there on the weekend and they finally dug the hole for your foundation, hopefully they will pour your foundation this week.

so we are excited enough to finally see our house being built. The forms of the first floor are up.


Although our windows on either side of our fireplace is missing.....

Completely odd, but I won't know as to why until I talk to Kelly tomorrow......

Hi Everyone,

We got a postcard in the mail from Mattamy saying that our house is being built. I know they dug our lot out and the footings were set as of last week. Does this mean that the actual house is being built (in the factory) or that they just started working (digging the lot and pouring concrete)? Has anyone else received this postcard?

How exciting!! I was by recently too and there has been so much going on! I can't wait for my place to start... across the street from us is all poured.

Does anyone know when they will dig for houses closing in April? Our design consultant told us it would be in September or October, that seems really early for a house not closing until April.
