Anyone know if our foundations get poured all at the same time regardless of closing date?

We don't close till next august but it would be nice to atleast have something to look at till they start on our house 8 months from now haha

We close in April and we were told they would start on foundations in December. I would imagine they would do it by closing.

I think they would pour them all at once because there would be no point bringing back all that machinery just to pour 1 more lot.

What lot number are you Miltonsito

We are lot 33 right in the middle on the north side. We will be
the last house built since we are a firebreaker house (by
choice).

So has anyone else been the design centre yet? I'd love to hear what you all chose.

Were going with a mostly contemporary theme but chose some warmer colors so it wouldn't look depressing.

We have. We picked them a long time ago.

Also, we got an invite to the Mattamy University as well. Has anyone else gotten one/is planning on attending?

We also got an invitation for Mattamy University for October 27th somewhere in Burlington. Is that the one you got? I didn't realize Mattamy University would be so early but I guess it makes sense that it's before they start building the houses! We will be attending.
And we also picked our bricks a while ago.

Hubby and I were out at the street today and they have started the foundations for lots 282 (corner lot I believe) to 277.

We are lot 278 and we have a wood frame down in ours, no cement yet but soon I'm sure. This is exciting since we were told they weren't supposed to start our foundation until the end of December...so this is 6 weeks early.

Did anyone else get the email from Amanda Ayles asking for input on the proposed parks ?

I think I like proposal 3 for the West park.
