Very exciting, I'm going to head out again tonight, as I do every night. They hung your garage door and poured your garage floor yesterday.

I've peeked in a few times, and it looks great inside. What make it yours package did you pick, I like the cupboards and tile combo.

Went out last night as well, and all of our tile was laid. THey also had all the parts for the heating system and duct work in the basement. All the cupboards sitting ready to be installed, all the door jams and trim/baseboard ready to go in, all the switches and sockets had been installed, and they had poured our garage floor as well.

Dang they work quick !!

Lyndi, when did they call you for your PDI?? I was out today, and they had installed all of the remaining furnace systema nd duct work, since yesterday at 5:30pm.

We haven't been called yet, but I guess since you have we should get a call monday or so.

PS.. from the looks of it, they did not move the vent duct for your stove to over the stove, they left it where it was wrong for the original layout. You should let them know ASAP.

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone been to the site this week? Just curious if there's been any progress on lot 241? We went out there last week and the framing was still on piles on top of the foundation. We don't close till October but I notice that some of the other lots closing in October have started their framing already.
FYI in case you haven't stopped by recently, yes 241 has started to go up. We were there over the weekend, they have the 2nd floor up already. Just framing so far, they didn't have the roof or stairs up yet. But the 2nd floor & walls were up. Hoping things progress quickly now going forward. Only a couple months or so before closing now

For those of you getting A/C after closing. Who did you go with, and how much did you pay?

Lyndi and Jeff,

Just to let you know, they have started installing your cabinets, but they have not moved the Hood vent over the stove yet, it's still over the fridge.

Hey all,

We got inside our place today, a guy let us in to look. Everything
looks great except there are a lot of scratches on the cabinet doors in
the kitchen. One was two feet long and at leats a millimeter deep.
Not happy about that but I guess they will replace it.
Just wondering if anyone else has the same thing?

Peter.
