The crappy part is that all of the James Snow area (Phase 3) are more $$$ than the Bronte area (Phase 7). For example the 30' are $10K more and 36' ore $12K more.

What a joke ! Mattamy really needs their ego toned down.

- register at a golf club
- have little to no info for people who are registering
- force EVERYONE they handed their tickets to (300+ people ) to then waste their entire day sitting at this golf course waiting for their turn.
- shuttle them to the sales center in a bus 30 people at a time to buy without giving any updates on remaining houses/lots

WTF?

Why not just out of the blue release them and sell out ? why the song and dance? its not like they wont sell. I know doing stunts like this is free advertising and gets them in the papers but come on- have some professionalism.

you can take our advice or someone that just joined and made their first post. I wouldn't mislead anyone buying a home up against a train track. There are people that don't even know that one is there when they pick their lot. Its a huge investment and people have a right to know what they're getting in to.

They are giving out $10K off the purchase price and $5k towards free upgrade for today only.

They are honouring all 421 numbers today. After this phase, the price will go up $5K - $10K plus no more $10K discount.

The detach do come with standard 9' ceiling, hardwood floor on the main floor and hardwood stairs.

They are boarding #125 now on the bus. #50 just went into the office. So it's going to be a long day.

I used to live on Scott BLVD on the opposite side of the track and yes you do hear it but most of the time, I don't remember hearing it because you get use to it. When the window is close at night, you don't notice it at all. You will be fine.

Why is that no one seems to acknowledhe that the JSP site is also very close to train tracks? Albeit not as close but still close enough. AND those tracks are far busier that the HVOTP lines. They have GO trains several times a day- both am and pm, in addition to freight trains.

+1000000.

I think James Snow is hot because it's at the east end and very close to the HWY.
