Hey Rayner Court neighbours.
We had a meeting with the builder last week (Thursday) They gave us a rough estimate for the construction timeline. We have 14 houses ahead of us to be built in the factory. The current rate of construstion, our house should begin construction in a week ( week of Nov 1st ) Then we were advised it would take 10 days construction. Our house is not brick, but Hardie Board, this will be installed also in the factory.
We should see our house on the foundation by Nov 10th. WHOO HOO :D
Anyone else have this appointment, or move date?

We have our meeting at the construction office on Monday!!! Josie, your house should be under way in the hangar right now huh? That's awesome! Haven't been to the site in a couple of weeks now, anything exciting happening? I know some people have moved in already at the corner of Scott and McDougall.

Hi L&E

You don't understand how excited we are. We were there again today. The Quincy Corner (lot 117) was moved onto the foundation today. We stopped and watched them put it on the foundation. It's sooo cooool 8)
We were asking the workers if they new the 'moving' schedule of the homes. He said lot 116 is scheduled for Tuesday, lot 115 is Wednesday and we get moved on Friday the 9th (my birthday) :D :D
We also snook a peek at the factory and saw our home. The workers talked to us for a moment before asking us to leave. They asked which lot we were and when we said '114' they said "your the ones with the hardy board" We have the D elevation and this comes with hardy board, no brick. Therefore this is installed in the factory. We have already had some comments from the workers saying the liked our color choice.
WE LOVE IT!!!!! The other great thing about this elevation is that our house gets moved and barely any work is left to be done. Also, our insulation will not be affected by any rain or snow because we don't have to wait to the brick layers. OMG i'm exstatic :D :D :D :D

My fiance and i went to the sales office about 2 months ago and we bought our house for 290,000 and the guy said that they just sold out on all the Southbury's for 310,000 and the next phase which is going now is going for 320,000 so in a little more than a year ours has gone up 30,000 from the builder, but we can probably sell for 350,000, the market right now is ridiculous in 5 years our semi will probably go for 400,000, Josie if urs is a 36' or more its probably gone up a good buck as well.

if you call the sales center and pretend that ur interested in the same model that u bought they should be able to tell u how much its going for, hope that helps,

Hi Heron, ( Sarah & Jerry )
The house is not yet on the foundation. We have been told today that they plan on moving it on Friday the 9th to the foundation. From Friday we will close in 2 months. I don't think there will be much left to do once its on the foundation. We don't have brick, the siding is done in the factory. I know the counter top in the kitchen is done after the house is moved because we chose granite. They need to 'plug in' the house. As n hot water tank and electrical. Touch ups here and there. the exterior porch, and stone needs to be complete. I think that might cover it.
Looking forwad to Friday.
You say you're lot 105, which model are you and when do you close?
