Hey new neighbours, here's a picture of the view from your back balcony 
We bought lot number 75, we were really interested in the Valleymore, but a little concerned that it had no property for our kids to play. And then Mattamy went ahead and put them on park and we couldn't resist any longer. Look forward to meeting you all. Rob, Jen, Becky and Michael |

Welll hello there, Welcome to the forum. My name is Andrea. I am on Magurn Gate and Magurn Lane is my back drive to get to my garage. I am in one of the townhouses. A Rothmill Elevation B Lot 185-4. Rob are you and your family going to be in a townhouse or in a detached? Your lot # sounds like a detached. Congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the neighbourhood. My house is going to be the townhouse that is in the middle of all of them. The one with the balcony. Mine is backing onto Magurn lane. Hey I wonder for our street address is it going to be Magurn Gate or Lane. I always thought that it went with where ever your front door was as opposed to the garage. I am going up to the site on Saturday to see my stick in the mud. |

Ya it'll be interesting to see how that all works out.. I know with us they have to go with the back door because of the whole being on the park thing. Actually I think if you look at your contract you'll find the answer, ours lists our house as lot 75 on Magurn Lane. Do you live close by now? |

No I live in Mississauga. I also bought my townhouse back in January. When do you close. Mine is May of 09. They didn't know what the street was called when I bought. |

Ohhh wow, that's been a looooooong wait. We're that last house closing on the block (according to the list I saw anyway), we close Septemeber 1st. |

I will be living on the street too. If you've made sense of where Andrea is, I'm the end unit that will be connected to her house. I live in a village town home in 15B that I've been in since January. |

Hey there guys, Was up at the site today. They have really begun to build. I saw foundations poured along Scott Blvd and they have also started framing homes along Herman Way, and McCandless court. Reg when you and I were up there two weeks ago none of this was there. I took some pictures and thought I would share with you. These homes are along McCandless Court
