Location: Milton since 2006

We have a lot of water pooling in our basement (opposite side of the sump pump). None of the other homes around us have water pooling in their basement. My concern is that our house is set to be delivered this Friday.

A note was sent to our builder Ian Bell yesterday. I'm just wondering if anyone has dealt with Ian in the past and what can I expect in terms of response time? Any insight would be appreciated.

Hi APMilton,

Ian is fabulous! We have had the privelage of dealing with him. When responding to a phone call, he was quite professional & prompt. (A note may not be the most effective way to correspond.)
