Hey Nuno and Karen, Looks like we're neighbours! We're lot 149-4 and yeah Gervais is the best street name. Congrats on the Brynmont! We got a call saying we would be dalayed nut not sure when our new closing date is. We were originally closing in September 2009 but if you guys are closing in February then likely we'll be around then also. |

FYI, was in the 14C area today and noticed they have excavated block 148. Block 144 already has the first floor up and the foundations are poured in blocks 143 and 142. |

this aggravates me... I am block 146 and I know just by not even going there its just a pile of dirt but the blocks around me are all getting built up... what gives??? honestly. I was supposed to close January and they delay till march... that's fine I don't mind.. but they have not even started digging yet?? what the hell??? People I know closing in April or march are still " on schedule". why the heck would they start theirs first if they close later than some of us? I don't understand it at all... whatever as long as its not delayed again or else I'll go crazy. |

quick update for the curious; Was by the site last weekend and block 148 has the first floor framed. The last unit (castlegate corner) had the ceiling up and seemed ready for the 2nd floor. 147 has foundation poured but no framing. Couldnt get to the other side of gervais as the street is piled with dirt, but it looked like block 149 had the foundations poured as well. |

All framed up, plumbing/electrical done, bricked up, inside is all insulated and dry walled up. - Block 146 After the new year cement truck should be around dumping concrete into the basement so the floor is all done then all that's left is for the contractors to come in and do the interior. 2 1/2 months to go! |

Congrats to everyone who has closed, we are closing next week! The street looks great ( aside from all the mud) it has really come along way! I cant wait for the rest of 14c to be finished. |
