Hi Pringle Avenue owners

In case you have not already found the east end of Pringle Avenue ,you can now drive south on Scott Blvd. from Main St. West through the Heathwood Homes area or north on Scott from Derry road to Pringle up to the new bridge which marks the boundary between the Mattamy and Fieldgate homes.

You can see the construction work in the area and check out the view. Scott Blvd is now fully accessible and you can see the signs where the schools will be located for September 2009 opening.

Welcome to the neighbourhood.

My boyfriend and I also purchased on Pringle Avenue. I have a thread open already for pringle avenue... but we are lot 139, elevation A of the honeysuckle model.

We are on 245 Leitch Landing and our immediate backyard neighbour will be lot # 105 (wonder who owns it?). But we are not that far away either :D

We have 3 bedroom layout... initially we went there to get Plot#104 which you already booked and we got 115 when they release this later.

hey. did anyone meet lot 142 and tell them to join the forum???

we saw them at mattamy u. and feel really bad that we didnt get a chance to talk to them. they said goodnight, but we were in conversation with another couple! :(

Hi again! Wow, we haven't been on here for a while. We close Aug 25th. We went by on the weekend and your foundation is set to pour. Ours is up too!! SOOOOO fun!!!

Are you guys going to Mattamy U on Wednesday!??!? Hope to meet you there!


I just got this now. Yes we were there. I went by the site after and saw that our foundation was poured. Weird because we got delayed from July 7 till Oct 22. I hope they didn't make a mistake. I still have to put my condo for sale and I'm trying to time it with our closing date.

Hi!...Oh no! SOrry we missed you. It was kinda weird. We were trying to check out everyone's stickers but not stare.....dumb because everyone was doing the same thing. We should have just asked people. Were you the 2 chatting with the couple by the elevators as we left? Nice to know your faces anyway. Maybe we'll see you by the lot one day?
