What a nightmare......
I am going through this these days.
No one seems to be able to confirm the address.
Canada post said their next update is today i.e. 12 May. Lets see if this corrects the situation.

Even city has it mapped with ttwo different names.
Check my post below.
But doesn't look like many people on willet terrace are bothered with this.
Cogeco is unable to provide the service because of the same issue.
