You will be expected to pay 35% of the total, the rest I believe you can add on your mortgage, if you dont add it I think you pay all up front. I'm not sure some of that has changed since I bought 5 years ago. But I know it's 35% for sure.

No problem, now if only we could get our price list to see what we can do, and how much it's going to run us lol.

Does anyone know which lots on Dymott will have the hydro boxes, fire hydrants and mailboxes?
