I hope the others will find out about this forum soon.. speaking from my own personal experience It is helpful to be able to discuss things with each other and share our thoughts as we wait for our homes to be built since it can be so nerve wrecking at times.. .. I have learned so much about buying a new house here and cannot thank everyone for sharing their knowledge and experience

welcome atulkantaria... we are lot 128 closing in July of 2010!!! which model and elevation did you buy????? we opted for plan 4 elevation c on 36' lot.

Just had our design centre appointment yesterday and we are so excited to get our street address!!!!!!. For us, lot 128, the address is 950 Seivert Place. How is everyone else doing?? Has anyone else had this appointment????? Now we are anxiously waiting to get the call for our brick selection. We were one of the last few to buy on our street so we are not expecting it anytime soon. I am just curious to know if anyone on Sievert Place has made their brick selection yet???

What time was your appointment? ours was at 2pm. There were a few other families making their selections at the same time. I am wondering if you were the family there with the cute little girl. We were told that our closing is on schedule and to expect digging in January by our design consultant

Me and my wife bought lot no 141 and I have plane no 2 . I have three kids .My closing date 21 sept 2010 .I thing we are the last one.

Did everyone get their delay letters yesterday? Our closing is moved from May 27th to July 29th. I guess that means that they won't start excavating until March sometime.

We got our letter a couple of days ago. Our date was going to be May 20th but now it's July 22nd.
