We're on lot 133 (43' wide), Spirit Plan 3C, Closing May 27th, 2010. I haven't seen anyone else post from our street yet. Anyone out there? |

Hi everyone, My husband and I bought lot 128..... if things go according to the plan we close in July next year .... that makes us next door neighbours Katie and TJ  ...I am so excited and looking forward to get to know you all... Just wondering has anyone gone for their brick selection yet???????

Welcome to the neighbourhood ShannonMark - We're right across the street from you on lot 133 (my wife and daughter -4 months old). I drove by the site today and they were pouring the curbs!!

Ed & Steph Welcome to the neighbourhood ..I noticed that there are only a few of us here..... I hope the others will find out about this forum soon.. speaking from my own personal experience It is helpful to be able to discuss things with each other and share our thoughts as we wait for our homes to be built since it can be so nerve wrecking at times.. ..  I have learned so much about buying a new house here and cannot thank everyone for sharing their knowledge and experience

Just had our design centre appointment yesterday and we are so excited to get our street address!!!!!!. For us, lot 128, the address is 950 Seivert Place. How is everyone else doing?? Has anyone else had this appointment????? Now we are anxiously waiting to get the call for our brick selection. We were one of the last few to buy on our street so we are not expecting it anytime soon. I am just curious to know if anyone on Sievert Place has made their brick selection yet??? |

Hi Atul, What time was your appointment? ours was at 2pm. There were a few other families making their selections at the same time. I am wondering if you were the family there with the cute little girl. We were told that our closing is on schedule and to expect digging in January by our design consultant |

Did everyone get their delay letters yesterday? Our closing is moved from May 27th to July 29th. I guess that means that they won't start excavating until March sometime.

We got our letter a couple of days ago. Our date was going to be May 20th but now it's July 22nd. |
