We have been told by some Milton residents that there is a Govt rebate that you get if one buys a "energy star" home.? We got the starflower which apparently is energy star rated. Can someone please confirm if this is true, and if so what is the rebate? |

Hi, We spoke to Mattamy regarding the rebate and if they would issue the builder certificate. We have been told that we cannot claim the rebate as Mattamy has already claimed this and the price was adjusted accordingly. This information was provided by the sales office in Milton. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks |
