It was crazy! I had a cop as my body guard because people got crossed off the list and then decided to show up asking to be put back on the list. Man, I had to turned down 30 people like that and one of them started to cry.

We were #125 and got Plan 2B on LOT 162. Closing Sept 28/2011.

Anyone opting for the energy star upgrade?? I don't think we're gonna do it.

I'm getting the energy star upgrade. I have it now and I notice the difference on a hot summer day and cold winter nights.

We are on lot 160 with Plan 2 C....can't wait but our closing isn't until Dec 11. We upgraded the energy star. Did you guys decide to get it?

Hi amiller, I did because I'm currently in a house with energy star and I notice the difference. :D

Hello fellow neighbours. We purchased lot 57 Plan 5B. Ended up picking the lot after someone backed out so I was lucky to avoid the long line ups and camping out.

Not yet...I was in their this weekend and they said it will still be 2 weeks for our lot. Would be nice to know some of the upgrade costs.

What upgrades are people looking at getting?

We will be spending most of our upgrade $$ on the kitchen becuase it's cheaper to go through them instead of after closing.
