We move in on March 21st - so exciting! But not looking forward to living amongst the construction of all of your homes being built

Hi neighbours!! Random question - does anyone know who our builder person is? Like the site manager...I think that's the proper title. Thanks! CHEERS!

Great! Thanks! Anyone have any experience with chatting with him? Personable? I've a list of questions that I'd like to ask him and I think Mattamy U has already passed...though I didn't get an "invitation"... ???

Young is nice enough, but not extremely personable - it is really hard to gauge his reaction to anything you may be addressing. We have already closed and he was supposed to get back to me on a few things, but hasn't. Prior to closing he was much better and I suppose this makes sense, since he is a contruction manager.

He's generally nice, but sometimes you have to stay on top of him to get an answer because he's not always at his desk.

Hey Cavanagh neighbours,

Just wondering if anyone else who purchased a village home on this street has run in to this issue as well?? We paid extra to have our laundry finished in our sumac corner and now are being told its not possible because we HAVE to have the water tank there....not the waterless tank as they told us before.
