I have read on other forums regarding delays on closing from 2 weeks to 1 month for phase 3 residents. Has anyone on this street heard anything of this nature from Mattamy? I am trying to determine the best time to put my current house on the market without making me homeless, so that's why I was wondering.

From what I've heard, phase 3 seems to be on or ahead of schedule. I was on our street this weekend and noticed that they already started to break ground on some lots.

If the weather continues this way, I don't see construction of phase 3 being slowed down. As long as the weather holds up, they will continue to dig for footings and foundations.

Looks like they finished some foundations on the street. Nice to see some activity although my lot seems to be where they store the hay.

Drove by today. The south side of Carbert has some of their foundations and the corner lots are being framed. Just a quick update.

Thanks we saw the same too some framing done, we close in May and we were at the Mattamy U looks like they are on time with the construction.

i was reading on other threads and i came about a topic on "pre-construction" appointments. can someone help explain this process?
how do i get an appointment? does mattamy call us or should i set one up myself with them. has anyone been called for their appointment? thanks!

As of Feb 18, preliminary digging and laying of initial base foundation and piping has begun on the north side of Pozbou for about half of the street. Street lights, fire hydrants, and electrical boxes are also installed. The street is a muddy mess, keep that in mind if you plan on driving by.

Finally had our appointment for exterior choices this past Saturday.

I am surprise. I have received an e-mail from Mattamy stating my home is under construction on Pozbou crescent and my closing date won’t be until the end of September. I have called them to require a pre-construction meeting. I think it’s very important to talk to them before they start the process. I didn’t have any invitation to attend Mattamy University. Let me know if you have received the same e-mail (Phase 3).

Messi2012, March 01 Mattamy Uni session is for folks closing before mid August.
