Hi Everyone,

We recently bought on Drysdale Cres (lot 260). Has anyone received a call regarding their brick package selection yet?

Turbo, did you request to have early appointment or you were chosen? I don't even have my DC assigned yet.

Hello neighbours! Great to see all of you. We are goin to be moving into our Wild Rose (C) model on lot 262. The countdown is on, we have our DC appointment at the end of the month. Anybody else going crazy with all the different options available?

I know there are so many options. We had our DC appointment in December and I am so relieved its over, I just hope we made the right decisions and it all comes together when we move in.

Has anyone been called yet for the exterior appt? And where are the rest of our neighbours????

What all did you end up getting for upgrades?

I have not heard about the ext appt. I have been told that will be decided at the Sales center (???) and not the design center (!!!).

We upgraded the kitchen layout to the Grande, smooth ceilings, added exterior potlights, double sink in master ensuire, upgraded some tiles etc. The majority of upgrades we will do after closing, my husband can do a lot of the work himself so that will hopefully save some money.
